1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tacticaltravelerclub.com (the "Site"), purchasing a Passport membership, or downloading any of our resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Service — Informational & Logistical Only

Tactical Traveler Club is a veteran-owned travel community and information service. We are not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel. We do not sell, broker, or guarantee any travel product. We provide curated information, negotiated partner introductions, group trip logistics, and member resources.

All bookings, payments, contracts, refunds, and travel services are transacted directly between you and the underlying supplier (hotel, resort, cruise line, airline, tour operator, host, or property owner). Tactical Traveler Club is not a party to those contracts and assumes no liability for them.

3. Passport Membership

Passport membership is billed annually as disclosed at checkout. Membership grants access to member-only resources, partner introductions, and group trip eligibility. Membership is non-transferable. Cancellations stop future renewals; the current term remains active through its expiration date. Refund requests are handled case-by-case under our published refund policy.

4. No Travel Advice

Content on the Site, in our PDFs, in the Pathfinder chatbot, in emails, and in our community channels is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not travel, legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Prices, rates, availability, partner terms, visa rules, and travel conditions change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying details with the supplier before booking or traveling.

5. Group Trips & Adventures

Group trips are organized in coordination with licensed third-party operators. Your travel contract is with that operator. Trip participation requires acknowledging the operator's terms, deposit, cancellation, and insurance requirements. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, scrape content, resell member resources, impersonate another person, or use the community channels to harass other members. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, PDFs, and the Pathfinder AI system are owned by Tactical Traveler Club or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Member resources are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on the Site (including Gear, Ecosystem, and partner deals) are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you purchase through them at no additional cost to you. Commissions never alter our recommendations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactical Traveler Club, its owners, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any travel arranged through information obtained from the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Tactical Traveler Club against any claim arising from your use of the Site, your travel decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
