Tactical Traveler Club ("we", "us", "our") operates tacticaltravelerclub.com and the associated member community, email programs, group trips, and Pathfinder AI assistant. We are a veteran-owned company based in Tennessee, USA.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & membership data: name, email, password hash, branch of service (optional), Passport status, and billing identifiers.
  • Lead form data: name and email submitted to download a free PDF, request flight alerts, or talk to Pathfinder.
  • Communication data: messages you send to Pathfinder, our community, or our team.
  • Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, device, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies & similar tech: session cookies, analytics cookies, and optional marketing pixels.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver requested resources (PDFs, alerts, member content).
  • Operate Passport memberships, billing, and renewals.
  • Send transactional and marketing emails you've opted into.
  • Personalize Pathfinder responses and trip recommendations.
  • Improve the Site, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Tools & Sharing

We share data only with vetted service providers acting on our behalf. These include:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • LeadConnector / GoHighLevel — Passport checkout and CRM.
  • OpenAI — powers the Pathfinder AI assistant.
  • Travelpayouts & Pixabay — flight pricing and imagery.
  • Analytics & ad pixels — Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel (when enabled).

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Email & Communications

By submitting your email, you consent to receive emails from Tactical Traveler Club. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets, trip confirmations) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California CCPA/CPRA and EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information; to opt out of marketing; and to withdraw consent. Email info@tacticaltravelerclub.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and membership data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet legal, tax, and operational requirements. Lead-form data is retained until you request deletion or for up to 36 months of inactivity.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted storage, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email.
